I have an unusual name but I have never had to spell it for them and they are very quick to pull up my policy information so they are able to answer policy specific questions very quickly. I called at about 2:30pm and spoke to the rep for less than a minute and she was able to email me copy of the document I was requesting within 1 minute of hanging up the phone. Awesome experience."
